Educated and professionally trained extensively in USA's New England region (Massachusetts and Rhode Island), he has worked with four international companies, steering complex product lifecycles across North America, Europe, and Asia.
This extensive background established a clear entrepreneurial mandate: the drive to elevate technical leadership into an AI-powered, data-forward consultancy. To execute this strategic vision, Harshal founded IKKA to build a robust, independent platform where he maintains complete ownership over solution design, synthesizing the best practices and high-impact methods from diverse industries.
